Welcome! I'm Aiden Wikitt, and this site is my playground for telling stories in hopefully cool ways. As both a software developer and a rabid fan of fantasy, tv and stories in general, I've always thought that storytelling is lagging behind what technology enables. Or rather, there's a lot of unexplored territory in how technologies can be combined and used to bring a world to life.
Over the years, I've made many aborted attempts at creating the holy grail, The Story Platform ™, an online utopia of fantasy and new worlds. I failed, obviously. I had half-formed ideas, no communication with authors and world creators, and a lack of focus on what I actually wanted to achieve beyond a mish-mash of vague concepts.
So I figured it was time to stop derping around and actually experiment. This site is where I will try to create my own worlds and flesh out my ideas in practice. I'll implement new ways to tell my stories and figure out what works and what doesn't. As my stories grow, so too will the ways I tell them. Hopefully, something cool will come out of it.
That being said, if you like or dislike anything you see on this site, let me know! I would love to create a community of storytellers, world builders, and their audience. I'll do my best to work with anyone who reaches out!
